Product Description

The new Isofort insulating panel is composed of pre-painted steel bilaminate and rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. It incorporates an advanced double gasket system with internal and external mechanical seals, ensuring exceptional performance and increased load-bearing capacity.
Its tongue and groove design allows for secure fastening with concealed hardware, and is available in thicknesses from 2 ½“ to 8”, as well as in 22, 24 and 26 gauge.

Double Joint Properties

The double joint forms a labyrinth-style barrier that physically blocks air intrusion during thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring long-term hermeticity—particularly critical for refrigeration applications.

Continuous moisture, vapor and water barrier
Its labyrinth configuration creates an uninterrupted seal against wind-driven rain, condensation and vapor intrusion.

Concealed fasteners
All fasteners are hidden within the joint, producing a smooth, uninterrupted surface that enhances architectural appearance and eliminates potential weak points at the panel face.

Structural integrity
